We are in the process of unifying our login processes among all of our online products. We plan to go live with this change on April 19, 2016.

There is no action required on your part at this time, but on or after April 19, 2016, when you next log in to a Boundless service such as our support portal, you will need to change your password. When you go to log in, click "I don't remember my password" and a password recovery will be sent to you in email. (If you don't receive anything, please check your junk email folder, as this password recovery email is automated.)

No other updates are planned at this time.
